Welcome to our group “EXPERIENCE VIENNA”!

Of course you can go to the cinema alone. But sometimes it's more fun to experience a film together, laugh, talk about it. The same applies to cabaret, theater, concerts, exhibitions, etc. Or to put it another way: EXPERIENCE VIENNA. In this group, all interested parties should have the opportunity to come together for various activities in the areas of sport and culture. And this is not just limited to Vienna, we are now traveling throughout Austria and neighboring countries.

We would like to thank all members and especially of course our numerous meeting organizers for their ideas and their implementation. We wish all of our members continued enjoyment at our events!

In order to make our life together as a group as harmonious and conflict-free as possible, there are a few

- Group rules

By participating in events in this group, each participant conclusively declares that they will take part and act on their own responsibility and that they will not make any claims whatsoever against the organizers.

- Meeting with advance payment

Some meetings require the organizer to collect a certain amount of money from participants in advance. The organizer undertakes to use the money exclusively for the intended purpose. If the meeting is canceled for unforeseeable reasons, the organizer must transfer the money back to the affected members immediately (no later than the following working day). In the event of cancellation of registration, the respective member ensures that his or her card is resold. A refund is excluded in these cases.

- The organizers rely on the members' independent appointment management. This includes taking registrations and the waiting list seriously and actually showing up for the meeting.

- No-show despite registration

If repeated, this can lead to exclusion from the group.

- In the event of disagreements between members or between members and organizers of meetings, a discussion should first be sought between those affected in order to resolve the problem. If this is not successful, the group leader (organizer and co-organizers, but not event organizers) will be happy to mediate.
