Es ist wieder Gansl-Zeit!

It's goose time again! This time we're trying out a new restaurant, the long-established Buchecker & Sohn inn in the Gußhaus. I haven't been there myself, but I've only heard and read good things about it!

Today we have a crispy goose with a variety of classic side dishes (apple red cabbage, lukewarm bacon coleslaw, napkins and Waldviertler dumplings and cranberries). All supplements can be ordered free of charge from the service staff. If you want, you can also order bacon lentils with it (which I will do). And of course there are also suitable soups, starters and desserts. You can have a taste here:

The Gansl costs EUR 28.90. After registering, you will receive a PM asking you to transfer the place fee of EUR 30, which you will get back in cash at the meeting. There will be no further payment request. Please make sure in your settings that you have notifications from organizers turned on. In the event of a cancellation, please discuss financial matters directly with the next person. If you do not show up, the space fee will be forfeited to the benefit of the restaurant because the goose portions must be pre-ordered.
