This module is aimed at expanding personal defense options using commonly available items and defensive spray.
Participants will learn how to effectively use objects that they usually have with them, such as keys, a purse, a bottle or an umbrella.
Part of the training is also the correct and safe use of the defensive spray, including its limits and the most common mistakes.
Great emphasis is placed on decision-making, distance and correct timing of the use of defense means.
The module works with realistic scenarios from the city environment, public transport, parking lots or building entrances.
Participants learn to combine movement, verbal reaction, use of the tool and subsequent escape.
An important part is also the legal and psychological framework of the use of defensive means.
Training emphasizes responsibility, safety and realistic expectations.
The aim of the module is to increase preparedness and the ability to react even in more complex and unpredictable situations.
