Each session is dedicated to an exciting topic that will give you new ideas for your personal growth.

The course of the session:

• 30 minutes Introduction and intention – we start with a short input and align your personal intention together.
• 60 minute guided breathwork session – with conscious, connected breathing you can release tensions, let go of stress and deeper layers of your inner being touch.
• 30 minutes of integration and reflection - debriefing and impulses on how you can practically transfer the experience into your everyday life.

Whether you are new to the world of breathwork or already have experience - you will take valuable impulses with you for your further path.

REBIRTHING BREATHWORK

Rebirthing breathwork is a technique that uses conscious, connected breathing to release emotional and physical tension in the body. It is based on the idea that our breathing is closely linked to our emotions. This breathing technique allows you to bypass consciousness and gain access to the subconscious, where emotional impressions and traumatic memories are stored. This allows suppressed emotions to be released and a deep sense of relaxation and self-awareness to be developed.

This method helps to dissolve deeply rooted negative beliefs, reduce stress and achieve greater inner freedom and well-being.
