Porridge Radio

Porridge Radio is a British DIY music group that was formed in 2015 in Brighton. Its frontwoman is singer, songwriter and guitarist Dana Margolin. Other members include keyboardist Georgie Stott, bassist Maddie Ryall and drummer Sam Yardley. In 2016, they released their debut album Rice, Pasta and Other Fillers on their own label Memorials of Distinction. The Guardian ranked them among the 40 best new artists of 2018 and labeled them as "slacker indie" in terms of genre. In December 2019, they signed a recording contract with the American independent label Secretly Canadian.

The recording Clouds In The Sky They Will Always Be There For Me, which was recorded in early 2024 in the Somerset countryside by a long-time engineer Big Thief and Laura Marling Dom Monks, is Porridge Radio's first new music in two years. The British band's new album is a coming-of-age moment inspired by burnout, the music industry, heartbreak and the brutal breakdown of significant relationships, and Dana's own ever-deepening immersion in her craft.
