In this free workshop Christian Meyer gives a lively insight into his proven work for over 20 years. You will learn central methods, experience practical exercises and get an authentic impression of how profound change can be possible.

Christian Meyer leads the workshop live via Zoom. The team accompanies the event on site, is available to answer questions and invites you to personal exchanges with other interested parties. To create a pleasant atmosphere, there is tea, coffee and small snacks.

The three-year training accompanies you on this path. In a fixed group, you will gradually develop more awareness, inner freedom and the ability to live authentically and make relationships more fulfilling over three years.

Christian Meyer has been accompanying people on this intensive path of personal and spiritual development for over 20 years. Psychological and therapeutic methods, meditation, body work and intensive self-awareness complement each other to form a holistic development path that enables sustainable changes.

Christian Meyer is a qualified psychologist, psychotherapist and spiritual teacher. For many years he has accompanied people in personal crises and development processes and combines psychological insights with meditation and consciousness work.

This is what awaits you at Workshop

Christian Meyer presents the three-year training live via Zoom and answers your questions. Using short demonstrations, joint exercises and practical examples, you will get an authentic impression of how the training works.

You will learn more about, among other things:

• the structure and content of the three-year training,
• recognizing your own behavioral patterns,
• ways to release inner blockages,
• authentic communication and fulfilling relationships,
• meditation and Mindfulness,
• the integration of different parts of the personality,
• personal and spiritual growth in a fixed group.

The team is also available for organizational and practical questions.
