About event
Come and experience technical dance training.
We will primarily:
💛 promote healthy and functional body posture
💛 dissolve defective, degenerative, deforming and health-threatening movement/voice stereotypes
💛 shape the body with regard to health promotion
💛 learn new, natural and effective movement principles
💛 learn to use the body as a complex artistic tool
Time: 17:15-19:45 (You can come from 17:00)
Place: studio Bugifit, Balbínova 6
Price: 750 CZK or 3000 CZK for 6 training sessions
With you:
Comfortable clothes and ideally two socks or socks and ankle wraps to support warming up the ankles at the beginning 💛
Summer dates fall under the project's public training sessions SPECTATORS, you can look under the hood of dance-theatre training and consider the possibility of joining (it is necessary to complete at least 3 training sessions in order to be able to choose based on how you harmonize with the members of the ensemble)
