Women are increasingly taking on responsibility in small and medium-sized companies in rural areas as entrepreneurs, business successors or managing directors. At the same time, they often face special challenges such as evolved structures, traditional role models, male-dominated industries or employees and customers who initially underestimate female leadership.

Many female entrepreneurs therefore ask themselves: "How can I assert myself as a respected leader without adapting to classic male leadership styles?"

This workshop shows how women can use their own strengths in a targeted manner in order to be confident, clear and successful lead. The focus is on female leadership skills such as communication skills, relationship strength, empathy, clarity and strategic thinking. Skills that are crucial for long-term business success, especially in small businesses and rural areas.

The participants reflect on their own role as a manager and receive concrete tools for everyday management.. Using interactive exercises and concrete conversation situations, the participants develop strategies for authentic and effective leadership.

The workshop also offers space for exchange, mutual support and dealing with real challenges faced by female entrepreneurs in rural areas.
