About event
Somatic Yoga
šļø Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
DE | Once a week
We combine the traditional designs and forms of yoga - asanas - into evenly flowing sequences - flows.
A continuous change of becoming and passing away.
Then we slow down the smooth flow of movement more and more, collect and unfold in and out of each asana, hold, release and create anew.
So we immerse ourselves more and more into the fluid and moving depth of the body that once produced this asana form.
Through Somatic Yoga, traditional yoga asana series are expanded through organic and fluid movement sequences, the invitation to deeply feel the body is conveyed through the conscious somatic approach to, among other things, the body's fascial structures and enables a joyful and relaxed access to the form.
