The Young Democrats are organizing the seventh annual Simulation of the European Parliament in Prague. The simulation meeting will take place on November 14 and 15, 2024.
On Thursday, November 14 in the Krocínova Conference Center, Krocínova 1, Prague 1.
On Friday, November 15 in the conference hall PČR Senate, entrance A1 from Valdštejnská Street.
Participants will try out the work of MPs in several parliamentary committees and political groups and plenary session of the European Parliament and will discuss European politics with members of the European Parliament.
At least fifteen of the most successful students will be rewarded with the opportunity to participate in a trip to the European Parliament. The next trip will take place in December to Brussels, Amsterdam and Luxembourg.
The event is organized thanks to the financial support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation and thanks to the kind loan of the premises of the Senate of the Czech Republic.
The simulation of the European Parliament takes place under the auspices of the Committee for EU affairs.
Co-payment for meals is 250 CZK for both days of the event. For students outside of Prague, we can arrange accommodation in a hotel with breakfast for 300 CZK.
