In this practical weekend seminar, the focus is on self -protection for women.
We devote ourselves to those aspects of self -defense that go far beyond physical techniques:

💪 Effective, easily learned techniques
🎭 role -playing games & psychological training
🔥 Strengthening self -confidence and inner attitude

Self -defense begins in the head. Anyone who is aware of their limits and learns to communicate them clearly - and thus reduce the risk of becoming victims.
