Under the motto "Limits In our self-defense training and seminars, the necessary needs such as self-protection, danger recognition and danger avoidance are specifically addressed. In addition to a few selected and effective self-defense techniques that can be learned quickly, psychological training and role-playing games also form an essential basis for efficient self-defense. By promoting self-confidence and recognizing fear, you take measures to appear confident. This reduces the risk of becoming a victim of a violent act.

Aim of our courses:

Learning uncomplicated and effective self-defense techniques, as well as the knowledge of psychologically correct tactical action in dangerous situations, should give women a realistic chance in emergency situations. The course participants learn to use all available means and to overcome inhibitions.

Requirements:

• For women and girls aged 14 and over (underage girls accompanied by a participating adult)

Training times:

• Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Cancellation conditions: in the event of illness - with a doctor's confirmation - 100% of the costs will be reimbursed.

In the event of other cancellations, we charge 50% of the participation fee from 4 weeks before the date, from 2 weeks 80% from 1 day 100% of the participation fee.
