Spend weekend time with your children creating among art and celebrate the end of the school year with us. Together with the gallery teacher Vendy Kováčová, we will get to know the work of the important Slovak sculptor Maria Bartuszová at the exhibition Being nature. Observation of the world through the fleeting moments of our everyday existence and inspiration from nature were key for the author. During the program, we will try to open our eyes and other senses and notice the nuances of light and different shapes of the surrounding environment. From the exhibition, we will step directly outside into the immediate vicinity of the gallery with the artist Ludmila Hrachovinová, and in the drawing we will record observations of a pleasant summer afternoon.

You can take everything you create home with you. Dress comfortably for the program, there is no need to bring any art supplies or ideas. We will arrange everything. The family program at GMB is a great space for intergenerational spending time interacting with art. The educational program will be led by gallery teachers Vendy Kováčová and Ludmila Hrachovinová.

Suitable for children 6-11 years old. + parent, we also welcome younger and older siblings.
