Join us this Sunday, September 21, 10am–12pm, as David Sudar shares the Buddha's teaching of The Five Remembrances. This teaching invites us to turn towards the realities of aging, illness, death, loss, and how what we do matters. The talk will emphasize finding a middle way between overwhelm and avoidance, essentially entering into a deep spiritual sobriety. We'll touch on a variety of Buddhist practices and perspectives that help us meet the full range of life with great care and equanimity.
