Kair in collaboration with the theater on the peron invites you to a movement workshop with Ágnes Grélinger, which has many years of experience in the facilitation of somatic and creative workshops, female circles and works with the method of bodytalk.
Pelvis, visible/material and invisible/intangible reality present in each of us. > ▪️ What emerges in our consciousness? What is now the priority of our body to deal with?
▪️ What stories and beliefs do we keep in the pelvis area? ▪️ What stories do female bodies carry? What have we inherited from our maternal line?
▪️ How can we co -create a safe box to share our stories, challenges, successes?
We will work with controlled motion techniques, somatic practices, visualization, meditation, drawing and writing. Together we will also discuss the topics that will be revealed to us during the workshop. .
The workshop does not replace the therapeutic meeting. The theme we will investigate is sensitive, intimate and can cause vulnerable stories and memories. Although we will focus primarily on artistic examination and healing or transforming potential of art, if necessary, we are open to direct anyone who needs additional assistance to experts with the appropriate education. The workshop will also be present to dance -movement therapist Zuzana Románová (Center of Self). The workshop is free and runs in English.

BESIDE the Physical Exploration of the Bone, -tissue Structures and Movement, We Will Divo into Question Like:
▪️ What Wants to Come to Our ConscySness; What's the Priority of the Body to Be Addressed, Right Now?
▪️ What Stories and Beliefs to The Pelvis Hold? What stories to Female Bodies Carry?
▪️ What Have We Inherited From Maternnal Line?
▪️ How Can We Co-Create and Safe Container to Share Our Stories, Struggles, Successes?
Guided Movement, Somatic Practices, Visualization, Meditation, Drawing and Writing Will Be Techniques That We Work With. We'll Also Have Time To Have Conversations AROUND Themes That Will Reveal Themselves.
The workshop will be guided by Ágnes Grélinger, Who Has Many Years of Experience in Facilitating Somatic and Creative Workshops, Women's Circles and Is Also and Bodytalk Practitioner. IS NOT A Therapeutic Space, The Topic We Are Exploring Is Sensitive, IntiMate and Might Bring Up Vulnerable Stories and Memories. While We Are Most Focused on Artistic Exploration and Healing/Transformative Potential of Art, in Case It Is Needed, We Are Open to Guide Anyone Who Might Need Further Assistance to the Professionals with the Approprial Training. WE'LL ALSO Have and Body Therapist Zuzana Romanová (Self) Present at the workshop.
