About event
Backbends with commitment
Masterclass focused on mobility of the spine, opening of the chest and shoulders and gradual building of strength and space for deeper breathing. Through backbends we will cultivate courage, confidence and the ability to surrender to the present moment. The practice leads to a feeling of lightness, openness and inner Unity.
During three hours you will have space to slow down, immerse yourself and experience yoga in its entirety. The practice is physically intensive, but at the same time conducted with respect for the body, breath and inner experience. You will leave not only pleasantly tired, but above all nourished, calmed down and connected with yourself.
We offer a discounted price when booking both two blocks of CZK 1,490, the price for one block is CZK 890.
