About event
Inverted Poses Kindly
A comprehensive practice that prepares you step by step for inverted poses in a safe and kind way. We will develop concentration, stability, core strength and self-confidence. The goal is not the perfect shape of the position, but the feeling of safety, lightness and joy of discovering new possibilities of your own body.
During three hours you will have space to slow down, immerse yourself and experience yoga in its entirety. The practice is physically intensive, but at the same time conducted with respect for the body, breath and inner experience. You will leave not only pleasantly tired, but above all nourished, calmed down and connected to yourself.
We offer a discounted price when booking both two blocks of CZK 1,490, the price for one block is CZK 890.
