About event
We invite you to a summer yoga lesson on one of the most beautiful rooftops in Prague.
The Malostranská roof with a view of Prague Castle and the surrounding area will once again become a place of silence, breathing and coming back to yourself.
This already traditional and very heartfelt lesson is a path to the heart, to depth and to a gentle experience of movement. A smooth, kind flow awaits you, which will let the body breathe and the mind slow down.
Two sensitive and gentle instructors will guide you with attention and care - so that every movement becomes a touch and every moment a small stop.
Allow yourself to be. Allow yourself to feel. Allow yourself to come back to yourself - high above the city, yet deep inside.
