Bodo Wartke and the SchönenGutenA band - René Bosem (bass), Franky Fuzz (guitar) and Robert Memmler (drums) - present classics and completely new songs by the piano cabaret artist.
The repertoire set especially for the band arrangement presents popular songs from six programs by Bodo Wartke, songs in rough versions and text experiments from the band's workshop.
The bow ranges from "Gaffer", one of the piano cabaret artist's earliest songs, to his socially critical pieces such as "Holy Scripture 2.0" - and most recently: "The Basic Law" - to formidable new interpretations of arias and scenes from Mozart's Magic Flute!
