The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle movement and perception practice. It promotes the ability to recognize and change movement habits.
The monthly workshops are dedicated to everyday movements and focus on common difficulties: shoulder and neck tension, back pain, jaw tension, foot/knee/hip joint problems, breathing strain, eye strain, states of exhaustion, agitation of the nervous system, etc.
