Vox De Profundis

Vox De Profundis is a mixed amateur choir with more than sixty years of tradition. It was founded in 1958 in Stochov, later it worked in Kladno, and from September 2025 its new home is Prague - the Church of Our Lady of Victory (Pražské Jezulátko). For more than half a century, it was headed by Professor Roman Makarius, whose work is continued today by his grandson Janek Makarius. The choir's repertoire consists mainly of spiritual and classical music, while the ensemble's domain is large vocal-instrumental compositions.
