Visací zámek

Visací zámek (known as Visáči) is a punk rock group that has been active on the Czech music scene since 1982. It is considered the oldest Czech punk legend. The band still plays in its original, more than quarter-century-old line-up. The band consists of Jan "Hony" Haubert (vocals), Michal "Pixies" Pixa (guitar, vocals), Vladimír "Savec" Šťástka (bass guitar), Ivan "Hroch" Rut (guitar, vocals) and Jiří "Sweet P" Pátek (drums ).

During the 90s, the band ideologically moved away from the original anarchist ideals and punk sound, and ideologically came closer to nihilism and then musically perhaps doom/heavy metal. However, the band is returning to its punk roots in the new millennium, as evidenced by the album Punk! from 2005, which includes, for example, the hit Známka punku. The following albums Klasika (2010) and Punký králytnost (2015) are also in the punk spirit.
