Veronika Vítová

Veronika Vítová was born in Prague, she is a graduate of the VOŠ at the J. Ježek Conservatory and leads several projects.

One of them is a jazz band that has covered the music of Bill Evans in the past (Tribute to Bill Evans). . In 2011, she founded the vocal sextet Skety, which performs in clubs and festivals throughout the Czech Republic and Europe, has toured in Taiwan (where they received second place in an international acappella competition) and in Australia, in 2014 this sextet won the the Czech Jirkovský Písňovaru, in 2014 at the prestigious international Vokal.Total competition in Graz, and in 2017 he won two second places from international acappella competitions in Aarhus, Denmark, and Tampere, Finland.

Veronika is also devoted to classical music and collaborates as a soloist with the Berg Orchestra and recently with the trio Musica Panica, which interprets Renaissance music. He is a regular guest of the Jazz Dock orchestra, which is the home big band of the Prague jazz club Jazz Dock.
