The entrepreneurs Yvonne Poul, female leadership sparring partner and organizational developer (bloom), and Regine Eitelbös, psychosocial consultant for children, young people and Parents (Kaleido Encounter), share a powerful vision: a world in which all women raise their voices courageously, authentically and connectedly, be heard and create.

To achieve this goal, in 2023 they founded the MADITA association founded. This is committed to strengthening women and their communities and carries out educational projects with children and young people. The focus is on equality, human rights, strengthening one's own personality and female empowerment.
