VDAV - Verband der Apartmentvermieter

Vienna is known for its diversity and hospitality, which goes far beyond the national borders.

This also applies to the tourist offer. Tourists in Vienna will find a wide selection of accommodations, from 5-star superior hotels to campsites.

part of this offer have always been apartments.

So that this will remain so in the future, the Association of Apartment Rental Rent, or VDAV, is committed to the interests of apartment rentals. Only together we can influence and help shape the market.

Our goal is to create a basis for fair cooperation together with other market participants.
