Tata Bojs

Tata Bojs are a Prague pop-rock band founded in 1988. The founding members are Milan Cais (drums) and Marek Huňát (aka Mardoša; bass guitar), the other permanent members are Vladimír Bár, Dušan Neuwerth and Jiří Hradil.

Two classmates, Milan Cais (drums) and Marek Huňát (aka Mardoša; bass guitar), had the idea to start a band already during their studies at elementary school in Prague's Hanspaulka. They also accepted guitarist Marek Padevět into their group, who played the guitar, sang and later played the clarinet. The newly formed Tata Boyz played their first concert on June 29, 1988 in the TJ Spartak Dejvice gymnasium. This started the band's club career in music clubs in and outside of Prague.

Since their school days, Tata Boys have managed to release over ten albums, among which are the successful Biorytmy, Ležátá osmička< /em>, One Zero or Nanoalbum, which won four Golden Angels in 2004.
