Strachkvas

Strachkvas, whose real name is Metoděj Motyl, is a DJ, producer and visual artist from "somewhere between Ostrava and Brno", who has gradually built a place on the local scene. Shortly after his studies in Helsinki, where he focused on improving his DJ and production skills, he presented his first album on the Gin&Platonic label, followed by Blind Worm Variations on the Finnish label World Canvas. Incorporating influences from contemporary IDM and computer game soundtracks, his production tends to turn into picturesque hints of mangled rhythms.
