Srdjan Vukašinovič

Srdjan Vukasinovic ranks among the leading accordionists of today. His fresh, innovative and versatile approach to music has led to a reputation as a great concert master who can always satisfy the curiosity and needs of all different kinds of audiences.

As a young musician, he won first prize at one of the most important accordion competitions - the World Trophy in Spain in 1999, earning him the title of the best accordionist in the world. As a soloist, he performs with orchestras such as Agrovia Philharmonic, Klassik Nuevo Orchestra, Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, Zürcher Kammerorchester, Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie and others. In October 2018, he had a concert with the London Royal Philharmonic and became the first accordion player to perform with this orchestra.

Srdjan Vukasinovic invented the world's first quarter-tone accordion. With this accordion it is possible to play 24 notes in one octave. It also allows you to combine many different tunings at the same time (for baroque, modern, oriental music, etc.). Another Srdjan innovation is his new accordion brand "Carboneon". This innovative instrument is the first carbon fiber accordion made, making the Carboneon the lightest accordion in the world.
