SOHN

Christopher Michael Taylor became widely known with his project Trouble Over Tokyo, which he left in 2012 and set out to meet new musical horizons under the name SOHN. The debut album Tremors was followed by a two-year global tour, which confirmed SOHN as the secret tip of music connoisseurs. The mesmerizing combination of vocals and analog synths has garnered rave reviews from Pitchfork to The Guardian. SOHN then collaborated with various stars – composing for Rihanna or remixing tracks by Disclosure and The Weeknd. Finally, he isolated himself in his house in Northern California, where the new album Rennen was created, which saw the light of day in January 2017. It is bolder and more direct than the previous work.
