SIX60

SIX60 is a New Zealand music group founded in 2008 in the city of Dunedin. The band consists of Matiu Walters, Chris Mac, Ji Fraser, Marlon Gerbes and Hoani Matenga. The group was formed during the members' studies at the University of Otago, and the name refers to the number of the house on Castle Street where the members lived together.

In 2011, the band released their debut album Six60, which became the first New Zealand album to be certified diamond. It was followed by the albums Six60 (2015), Six60 (2017) and Castle St (2022). The group's work combines elements of pop, rock, reggae, soul, drum and bass and R&B.

In 2024, the band released a live album The Grassroots Album and a compilation The Six60 Collection. The group's current work is connected with the fifth studio album Right Here Right Now, which was released in February 2026. The album was recorded live in the studio and was preceded by the singles Knocking At Your Door, We Are All Kings and We Made It.
