Pačess

Pačess is an established beer-didactic metal band of a quirky brewer, which has 8 recordings to its credit. The debut Monte Liliorum (2011) and the following brewery story from a monastery setting Trapista (2016) were created as a solitary project of one member and singing guests. The following albums Zoigl (2019) and Zoigl: Zugabe (2020) were already recorded in a lineup with drummer Martin Škaroupka (Cradle of Filth) and bassist Paramba (Asgard). This material was already presented by a live band led by the guitarist Pačess and the line-up included such names as Tomáš Chylík, Martin Škaroupka, Jakub Fritsche, later Zdeněk Čepička or Lukáš Krupička. This was followed by the successful album Poupě (2021) and Absolutno (2023), where Bára Basiková guested with the band in the single Factories on Absolutno. She settled with the band as a permanent singer and recorded the albums Katech1smus (2024) and Katechi2mus (2026) with her. On the last named record, interesting guests such as Jaroslav Rudiš (Kafka band), Pepa Michálek (Forrest Jump), Adam Balcar (Trahir) and, last but not least, Silvie Chrudinová (Latex Jesus, Ona) performed.
