Martinů Strings Prague

The twelve-member string ensemble continues the tradition of Czech string culture, which has always been characterized, in addition to traditional musicality, by singing and a Slavic sound. Martinů Strings Prague consists of excellent players of the younger middle generation with experience gained both on the solo stage and in the best Czech orchestras or chamber ensembles. The founder and artistic director of the ensemble is the violinist Jaroslav Šonský, an experienced solo and chamber musician and music manager.
