Jiří Polydor Sextet

The group around the jazz pianist Jiří Polydor plays classic swing, inspired by the golden era of the 30s and 40s, the music of Teddy Wilson, Fats Waller, Lester Young or Coleman Hawkins. In addition to classic pieces, the repertoire also includes less played pieces from the workshops of Wardell Gray and Leonard Feather. The group is made up of experienced soloists who, during their career, have played in well-known Prague jazz bands.
