IMPROvariace

The IMPROvariation theater ensemble is composed of two improvisation teams - Ext.A.SE. (Extra active lineup) and Vý.K.Ř.I.K. (An exceptional collective of proper improvisational friends), who have been engaged in theater improvisation for several years. Currently, mainly the older group Ext.A.SE. focuses on improvisations of a longer format (full-length improvised plays, so-called improvisations), also experiments in improvisations with a literary or film template, also deals with theater sports formats according to Keith Johnston, etc. Both teams, however, do not leave the field of improvisation matches and tournaments, they try however, to bring back a sports charge into them and thus accentuate the paradoxical, but very attractive combination of theater and sport for the audience.
