Galerie hlavního města Prahy
The Prague Capital Gallery, the second most important gallery in the Czech Republic after the National Gallery, was founded on May 1, 1963. It was tasked with collecting, expertly protecting, scientifically processing and exhibiting Czech art of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. At the same time, she was entrusted with the care of the fund of monuments, public sculptures, commemorative plaques and fountains in Prague's open spaces, including their restoration and placement of new ones. 20th and 21st centuries and professionally present it to the public.
