hi, I'm Janett!
For 13 years I have been in eCommerce and know nothing more than agile and digital. My boss sent me over a decade wherever the chaos was at home and was needed. Among other things, I headed the marketing for Europe at Spreadshirt, accompanied the product management team on their adventurous path to agile work and set up a department for business development and change management-I have already swung my digital dust frond everywhere.
Since 2017 I have passed my gathering as a leaders' whisper in startups. As a psychologist, mediator and former manager, I support my clients in changing roles from the buddy to the boss and help them to develop a leadership culture in which the employees not only come, but also want to stay and do their best. The experts for your own challenges-I can only support you a bit, to find the solution. In contrast to classic coaching, I present a colorful selection of tools, templates, processes and instruments for management work. The clients decide what suits their style and teams. On request, I also slip into the advisory role, but the decision and responsibility always remain with the client.
In addition, I see myself as an enabled: With clever questions and targeted interventions, I help to clarify the solution. We look for helpful resources and shed light on the problems from different perspectives - quasi like a systemic detective.
