Cirk La Putyka

Cirk La Putyka is an ensemble that is professionally dedicated to the new circus genre. They try to cross the boundaries between acrobatics, modern dance, puppet theatre, concert and sport. He creates his own specific poetics and his view of the genre. For Cirk La Putyka, not only professionalism in individual theater and circus acts is important, but also the theme, story and message. The first performance (La Putyka) was presented for the first time in 2009, and since then the ensemble presents at least one premiere every year and participates in theater and (new) circus festivals and other events in the Czech Republic and elsewhere in the world, for example in Shanghai, Australia, Brazil or France. He collaborates with ensembles and artists such as Maksim Komaro, Tilde Björfors, Daniel Gulko, Jiří Havelka, Bonaventure Gacon, The Race Horse Company, Ieto, instructors of Cirque du Soleil or the French National Circus School.
