České filharmonické kvarteto

The Czech Philharmonic Quartet was founded in 2000 on the initiative of members of the Czech Philharmonic. The quartet performs in the composition of Štěpán Pražák 1st violin, Viktor Mazáček 2nd violin, Jiří Posledni viola and Jakub Dvořák cello. The sound of the quartet, which is typical of the Czech quartet school, is highly valued by professional critics.

ČFK performs regularly in the chamber cycles of the Czech Philharmonic, at festivals and in the concert series of the Friends of Music Circles throughout the Czech Republic and abroad ( Great Britain, Luxembourg, Germany, Japan, Israel, China, Slovakia).
