Brazilian forró dance with an experienced and playful instructor for beginners / for everyone who wants to move - regardless of previous experience (16+) / CZ/ENG / led by Eder Santana with the support of Leonardo Urban.
Recommended entrance based on donation. This is important to keep the project running.

The term forró refers to a musical genre, a rhythm, a dance, and the event itself where forró music is played and danced. Forró's musical style is linked to the cultural and everyday aspects of the Northeast region of Brazil. It encompasses various dance types as well as a number of different musical genres. Traditional forró music is played with the "triangle", "accordion", "rabeca" and "zabumba" (drum). Forró has also become increasingly popular all over the world, with a well-established forró scene in Europe.

Termín forró označuje hudební žánr, rytmus, tanec a samotnou událost, na které se hraje a tančí hudba forró. Hudební styl forró je spojený s kulturou a každodenním životem severovýchodní oblasti Brazílie. Zahrnuje různé typy tanců i řadu různých hudebních žánrů. Tradiční hudba forró se hraje na "triangl", "akordeon", "rabecu" a "zabumbu" (buben). Forró se stává ve světě stále populárnější, a i v Evropě je forró scéna dobře zavedená. Jedná se v podstatě o párový tanec, ale není nutné přijít s partnerem.
