Bane

There is a phenomenon called Boston hardcore and it includes not only bands directly from the university map, but also the surrounding area, i.e. the entire state of Massachusetts. Bands that disappear from public life after achieving a title, but during their short existences it is enough to imprint their names in the subconscious of hardcore kids, i.e. the straight edge scene. The rule of short and intense existence is broken by Bane. A band that was formed in 1995 as a project of Aaron Dalbec and Aaron Bedard. The first release that caused a stir was the compilation CD "Holding This Moment". Bane transcended the straight edge scene with stories, not just propaganda that divided the hardcore scene into those who are and who are not. Perhaps it is this aspect that has sustained the band to this day. In short periods, Bane report again and again and with the same intensity confirm the status of a band that is a living legend in the given style.
