Arms and Sleepers

Arms and Sleepers came together in Boston in 2006 and have maintained an unusually high work rate ever since. In addition to 16 albums and EPs, their music has appeared in numerous short films and television commercials. In addition, the band often gives concerts, having only visited the Czech Republic several times since 2009. For example, her very first performance in Kopřivnica's Nora Club or joint performances with singer Ben Shepard from the band Uzi & Ari are legendary. Their albums, for example Black Paris 86 (2007), Matador (2009) or Swim Team (2014) are worth paying attention to. Life is Everywhere (2017) continues the more dance style that appeared already on the record Swim Team. The record was mixed by Victor Fereira aka Sun Glitters and features MC Serengeti and Airøspace. Their music mixes trip-hop, downtempo, glitch and ambient; at the same time it contains traces of pop, jazz and post-rock.
