1000mods

1000mods is a heavy-psychedelic and stoner rock band from Chiliomodi, Greece. Rising from smoky basements to packed arenas, 1000mods are the children of the now legendary Greek underground heavy rock scene of the mid-90s and can be considered the most successful Greek rock band of the last decade. They are based in equal parts from the 70s (not only as a composer, but also thanks to their love of vintage equipment and analog sound) and from the 90s, and have never hesitated to mix all their influences (from retro-rock and doom rock to fuzzy heavy rock and space rock to grunge and the alternative scene) to create a unique recipe for explosive, inimitable heavy music.
