Zwischen Ficus und Flipchart

Regenerative room design for real working environments.

Between ficus and flipchart - regenerative room design for real Working environments.

What to expect:

Many companies talk about sustainability - but it often ends with recycled paper or a few houseplants. Regenerative design goes one step further: It asks the question of how workspaces can actively contribute to the well-being of people and the environment.

In this workshop, we will take a systemic look at office design together - and explore how spaces can become living, breathing and regenerative. Using inspiring practical examples, interactive inputs and collaborative exercises, we design concrete spatial concepts that link ecological responsibility, social solidarity and entrepreneurial change.

This workshop is for You are suitable if:

... you are part of an organization that consciously deals with the future and responsibility.

... you want to create spaces that promote health, connection and meaning.

... you want to harmonize ecological, social and economic aspects.

... you want to think more deeply about sustainability - as a design system, not just as CSR measure.

This is what you will learn in this workshop:

• How regenerative principles can be applied in office design - from biophilic design to circular material use.
• How to think of space as a regenerative system that promotes health, circulation and collaboration.
• How to integrate social sustainability into spatial decisions - e.g. B. through inclusion, participation and common areas.
• How to sensitize your team to long-term change - with concrete impulses for implementation and attitude.
