Musical meditation and chanting of mantras

Unrepeatable evening music-meditation meetings where you will enjoy ancient ethnic, spiritual, ceremonial and musical instruments, with the help of which we can harmonize the body, mind and soul, get rid of stress and tension and heal various diseases and problems on a physical and psychological level. The sounds and vibrations of these instruments will help us shift our attention from the mind to the heart.

We tune in by chanting mantras together (but you can just listen, sit, lie down or meditate) and then immerse ourselves in the relaxing-musical Sound Spa. You remain clothed and can sit or lie down during meditation. Everything is voluntary, non-violent, kind and loving.

At the end, we will talk about what we experienced during the meditation and, depending on the mood, we will sing. If there is time and interest, we will get to know the principles of music therapy and healing musical instruments. You can try them on the spot and possibly even buy them.

Part of this musical meeting is also a small grounding snack, which we will create from what we each bring. So take what you like and what you consider appropriate. We recommend fruit, nuts, cookies, chocolate and other healthy snacks :-)

These evenings are suitable for anyone who wants to calm down, relax and learn to meditate and harmonize. Ideal as an inspiration for masseuses, therapists, coaches, kindergarten teachers, music teachers, nurses, nurses, doctors and other professions.

Price 500 CZK. The place will be confirmed by SMS after payment of a deposit of CZK 300 to account 2100975007/2010, variable symbol phone number, in the note - name, number of places and date of the event. A surcharge of CZK 200 is payable on the spot in cash. The deposit is refundable if participation is canceled 48 hours before the start of the event (of course, in case of "emergency", it is possible to send a substitute). A 20% discount is possible for students, pensioners and single mothers on maternity leave.

We start at 6pm, please be on time. Late arrivals are not possible for technical reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
