About event
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, shaman drums, flutes, harps and other magical instruments that will help you harmonize your body and energy field. This time let yourself be carried away not only by the sound, but also by the rhythm - in a state of weightlessness in the special hammocks of Studio Anyo.
The January sound bath is inspired by the principles of the Five Rhythms, which will take you on a journey from flow through vigor and chaos to lyricism and calmness. Each rhythm invites you to a different experience:
• Flow: Let yourself be carried away by the soft tones of crystal bowls that connect you to the earth and your natural rhythm.
• Vigor: Dynamic sounds of gongs and shamanic drum they will help you anchor and express the emotions that are dormant inside you.
• Chaos: Wild vibrations and layering of sounds will stimulate you to release control and surrender to the current of presence.
• Lyric: The light notes of flute and harp will lead you to joy, playfulness and discovery of new possibilities.
• Calm: The final harmonic tuning will bring you deep silence, meditation and return to each other.
Indulge in 90 minutes of deep relaxation under the guidance of several musicians:
• Martina: crystal bowls, pyramid, sundrum
• Andy: gong, koshi
• Karel: flutes, guitar
• Blanka: shamanic drum, harp and vocals
Your contribution:
• CZK 600 (hammock)
• CZK 500 (mattress)
Place reservation: martina@jemneladeni.com or by message.
What to bring? Blanket and pillow for maximum comfort.
We look forward to seeing you! ❤
