We cordially invite secondary school and university teachers, special teachers, professional education and training workers, as well as professionals working in the field of counseling of families, youth, sports, leisure activities, community and volunteering, who work with a generation from a seminar focused on skills necessary for the Erasmus + Genz Erasmus. Tuesday 24 June 2025 at 14:30 - 15:30 h.

• What skills and competences should be developed by teachers when they educate the generation of (1996-2012). Mobile application and guide for teachers with summary guidelines and the most important competences. To evaluate and develop the social skills of teachers for the generation Z are:
• Improving the efficiency of educators
• Improving pupils 'and students' results
• Better school climate
• Customizing the changing population of students
We have created a detailed tool for evaluating social skills and activities for individual social skills. At secondary and universities, they need to teach pupils and students from the Generation of Z.
