SING FROM THE HEART (singing circle)

We all have a voice, but not all of us feel great when we use it.
Whether it's to express our needs/boundaries or to sing and experiment creatively.
Many of us are afraid of singing because we were once told that we probably can't sing, so we've since stopped trying so that others can did not disturb. However, there is another way to sing.
Singing from the heart.
Anything we sing from the heart can become a prayer. Expressing what is currently present in us. Through singing we can open up to parts of ourselves that we didn't know before.
Our voice helps us to sensitize, manifest, relax and feel. So come and sing with us - from the heart.
We will learn new songs together, but you will certainly hear the ones you already know.
