ZOLTAN KASZAS – WORLDWIDE(ish) TOUR
Acumen, charm and love of cats
on March 20th at the PUNCH L!NE Club Berlin
Zoltan Kaszas is no longer an insider tip. The award-winning stand-up comedian with his keen eye for the little absurdities of everyday life - and his great love of cats is coming to Germany. Born in Hungary, raised in the USA, he combines the dry wit of Eastern Europe with the quick wit of American stand-up comedy.
His bit about the eternal question of why cats are better than dogs went around the world - over 68 million views made him an internet phenomenon and earned him a place in The Guardian's "Ten Funniest Things I've Seen on the Internet". Today, he is followed by almost two million fans on social media who love his warm-hearted and wonderfully crazy style. His comedy specials - including "Cat Jokes", "Modern Male" and "London Fog" - have reached millions of fans on YouTube and are lessons in how to transform precise everyday things into brilliant comedy.
But Zoltan is much more than a viral hit: he impresses live on stage around the world - with great facial expressions, precise gestures and a stage presence that is hard to resist. He was on stage at the legendary Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, won the renowned Seattle International Comedy Competition and has since toured successfully through the USA and Europe.
