He held over 100 individual exhibitions throughout Europe, where his paintings are represented in private collections. Among others, at the International Biennale of Modern Art in Florence, Gallery of the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence 2021, Prague Quadriennale 2015, in Berlin, Vienna, Leipzig, Edinburgh, Copenhagen, Munich, Linz, in Prague in the Critics' Gallery, in the Black Swan Gallery.

Vladimír Kiseljov calls his artistic direction Synaestheticism. In his expressive paintings, he applies his perception of the world connected by multiple perceptions at the same time – he perceives music and all perceptions in color. With his paintings and performances, he rarely connects painting, action art and all the senses of the viewer - sight, hearing, perception of the dynamics of movement, space itself and, last but not least, philosophical concepts and symbolic references.
He also creates wall paintings. , which you would find in Florence, Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Leipzig, Prague, etc. (in 2015 he painted the largest mural in the Czech Republic with an area of 600 m2 in Tišnov near Brno).
In 2018 he was awarded the "Goldene W" award for his artistic and scientific activity connected with the work of Richard Wagner. In 2018, at the international theater festival in Casablanca, Morocco, he won (with the team: Macl, Luňáková) the prize for interaction with a painting performance with projection.
He wrote and illustrated two books - Richard Wagner's Mysteries in Pictures (2013) and Mysteries Written in Faces (2019).
