Are you one of the female runners who are interested in "not only kilometers", but also want to develop in running? Why do we feel exhausted one week with the same workout and feel like we can do it all a few days later?
Why do we still rely on numbers like BMI, which often don't reflect reality? And what do the hormones of peace, energy or femininity actually mean?
The female body is not just a "smaller version of the male body". It works in cycles and has its own rhythms.
So why should we approach women's training differently? Let's look at it together.

📍 Where - Progress Promotion, Žriedlová 30, Košice
✨ Program:
17:30 – Joint run at a pleasant pace
Start / finish in Progress Promotion. You can also pack your things on the spot before the training and change into dry clothes after it.
19:00 – Workshop with Mirka on the topic of Training, the female cycle and menopause
The workshop will be followed by networking with refreshments and space for questions, sharing experiences and pleasant conversations in the company of women.
